DUI Individual Arrested in Weld County
On Friday, October 11, 2019 at approximately 2227 hours, a deputy with the Weld County Sheriff’s Office observed a vehicle drive through a red light at the intersection of HWY 119 and WCR 7 1/2.
During the traffic stop the deputy smelt an odor of an alcoholic beverage. The driver did not perform the voluntary roadside maneuvers as a sober person would. The driver was also found to be driving while his license was revoked.
The driver, 42-year-old Jose Aguilar, is being charged with Disregarded Traffic Control Device, Driving Under the Influence, and Driving Under Restraint (Revoked). Aguilar is currently in custody at the Weld County Jail.
All charges are merely accusations until proven guilty in the court of law. No other information will be released at this time.
