With Rise in Food Allergies, UNC Responds with Research, Dining Options

It's estimated that as many as 15 MILLION people in the U.S. have food allergies with that number rising each year. Over 50 new students who have food allergies and/or special dietary needs work with UNC's registered dietitian each semester to better understand what's safe to eat and what to avoid in the dining halls on campus 🐻.
