Current conditions: No snow falling south of Hwy 52 at this time. Light flurries between Hwy 52 and WCR 74 with heavier flurries north of WCR 74 to the state line. Winds are very light in the southern areas of county, but are picking up generally north of Hwy 34. Far northern roads have some drifting, but plows are keeping up. Most primary road conditions are a mix of snow-packed and wet areas; secondary roads have a little more snow-packed areas.
Gravel roads: All roads are still passable with minimal drifting and light snow. Crews continue road maintenance.
Forecast: still predicting heavier bands ( 2”-4”) between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. Winds may pick up before dark and then are expected to die down. Light flurries will continue through the evening and will move out tomorrow morning. Temperatures will continue to drop and lows will be around zero to 10 degrees this evening.
