Late Tuesday evening, the Elections Department was made aware of an error on the ballot for Adams County Aurora residents, effecting approximately 17,412 voters. This error directed voters to “Vote for One” rather than to “Vote for Two” in the City Council at-large contest. Corrected ballots will be mailed to these residents on Friday, Oct. 18, the statutory deadline for mailing ballots in Colorado, and they should be in voters’ hands early next week.
